§1 Preface

We use your personal data only for the transaction. All data of the customers (name, adress, e-mail, telefonnumber, bank account, number of credit card) will be saved and processed considering the prescriptions of the German Data Protection Act called Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the German Teleservice Data Protection Act called Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz (TDDSG). The following provisions will inform you about the form, extend and purpose of the data collection, processing and the use of personal related data. This privacy notice refers only to our websites. In case you are linked on other websites, please inform yourself about the particular handling of data.

§ 2 Automatic Data Processing

Because of technical reasons, we register the following data that is transmitted through your internet browser:

- Browsertype and -version

- Operating System

- Referrer URL

- Website your are visiting

- Date and time of your access

- your ip-adress

These anonyme data are recorded seperatly of your eventually given personal data and allow no conclusion to a definite person. They are going to be evaluated statistically in order to improve our tread. After evaluation they will be erased.

§ 3 Inventory Data

Your personal related data, as far as the are needed for justification, internal definition or modification of contract, are used soley for contract realetd puroses.

You are entitled to demand free information, correction, suspension and liqidation of your saved personal data. In this case please contact ino@tolle-tuecher.de.

We don´t share your personal data, including your address and e-mail address, with a 3. party without your explicit consent. You are able to revoke this consent at any time. Excluded from this secrecy are our business partners who need the data to complete the transaction (e.g. mail order firms or credit institutions). In these cases we will refer only the necessary data.

We use technical and organisational safety precautions to protect your personal data from manipulation, loss, destruction or acces of unauthorized persons.

Information for sales accounts

If you already have a sales account you can log in just with your e-mail address and your personal password. In case you want to order a second time you don´t have to enter your data again.
